VIQUA creates clearer brand identity with consolidation of legacy brands
Viqua officially introduced their new brand identity, demonstrating their commitment to product innovation and the delivery of Simply Safe Water. And in May, they launched their newly streamlined product line, with all products branded with the VIQUA name.
This singular brand focus means Viqua will consolidate legacy brands UVMAX™ and Sterilight®, an organizational change that will help drive product innovation and lay the foundation for market growth. With this clear brand focus, Viqua Thailand will be better positioned to deliver innovative water purification solutions to our customers.
To support our vision of Simply Safe Water, we’re also streamlining our product offering to make the selection process easier for everyone. For most products, just the logo will change, and all discontinued products will have a suggested replacement with equivalent or better features, at a comparable price. And we’re always working to provide even higher quality and value. These changes will make it easier for you to identify the right product at the right price for every application. The high quality you trust will remain.
We’ll also be offering market-leading warranties on all new VIQUA water disinfection systems. Legacy product lines will be available for an overlapping time period to enable delivery of commitments. Replacement parts and lamps for all Sterilight and UVMAX systems will be supported for at least seven years.
As part of our commitment to the industry, we will be making efforts to help home owners understand water quality issues. Not only will we people understand why they should be concerned about the quality of their drinking water, but we’ll teach them what to do about it, and the benefits of UV technology for drinking water disinfection.
